Customise ribbon with your school or club logos, or even student-created designs!

Each 91.4m roll provides about about 130x cut 70cm long ribbon pieces. This is a great fundraising option when you sell for a gold coin donation.

Alternatively, we can manufacture any bow/hair tie/clip/headband design in your pattern (MOQ from 500pc); just get in touch by email to chat about your ideas!

Custom printed ribbon is a versatile addition to any special occasion, whether it be a school anniversary, religious sacrament, awards ceremony, or sporting event. Use it to wrap gifts or to tie onto suitcases when traveling as a school group.

Cut lengths can also be given away at open days and fetes to welcome new students. Celebrate indigenous culture with locally created indigenous designs.

Ribbon widths available:

6mm, 9mm, 16mm, 22mm, 38mm, 50mm, 75mm grosgrain ribbon

Good to know when designing:

We need a "vector graphic file/SVG" to print your design. This can be emailed over.
16mm ribbon has a pattern repeat length of 72cm.
20mm ribbon has a pattern repeat length of 90cm

We have access to 196 ribbon colours, however some rare colours may not be showing in our list as there is a ribbon printing customisation fee applicable for those shades. Email us at Hello@SchoolPonytails.com.au if you can't see your colour.

Pre-Orders + Backorders

In many cases, we're in-stock and ready to ship next business day.

Backorders are also known as Pre-Orders: You'll know if your item/s are in-stock or available on pre-order by the status messages.

All pre-orders are accepted with a non-refundable pre-payment.
Lead times are noted on the product pages. EG Ribbon items are manufactured to demand, with up to a 4-8 week turnaround + shipping to your door.
Although we always quote 4-8 weeks, it is likely your items will be with you well within this time period. We're much happier to be "safe than sorry"!

Shipping of Pre-orders:
If you've added other items to your cart that are in-stock now, we'll be in touch to see whether you want us to ship everything together, or you can add in a second shipping fee. As a default option, we will post your order once everything is in-stock.
